Model Digital Age Work and Learning
Reflection
My digital story assignment allowed me to “demonstrate fluency in technology systems and the transfer of current knowledge to new technologies and situations” by taking pictures I owned and add features to them to develop my movie. I was able to search the internet for music and learned to narrate myself. My blogfolio assignment allowed me to “collaborate with students, peers, parents, and community members using digital tools and resources to support students success and innovation” by being able to share with my peers a collaboration of the resources I had learned of. The turnitin assignment showed me to “communicate relevant information and ideas effectively to students, parents, and peers using a variety of digital age media and formats”. I can communicate the relevance of plagiarism to students and parents. The web tools assignment allowed me to “model and facilitate effective use of current and emerging digital tools to locate, analyze, evaluate, and use information resources to support research and learning”. Using Rubistar was a great source and I will be able to share future rubrics with my peers.
